Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you during the order check-out for your delivery destination address. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day but we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order in exceptional circumstances. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Once an order is dispatched a shipment notification email will be emailed to you.



Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the item(s) and quantity on the order, the delivery method selected, and the delivery address. To find out how much the delivery will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page as a "Guest" and enter your address. Once at the checkout screen and address is entered, shipping options and charges will be displayed for your particular address.



Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to address submitted on the order check-out. If the location needs to modified, please contact our customer service at info@canakit.com as soon as possible. Note that an order that is in processing or shipped stages are not guaranteed to be able to be modified to a new address.



Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us within 5 business days of product receipt to info@canakit.com .



Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. Note that original shipping fees are not refundable and a 15% product re-stocking fee will apply. To arrange a return, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receipt of your order at info@canakit.com and provide us with your order number and return reason. We will then provide you with a unique RMA number along with the return address to send the item(s) back to for refund.

Products that experience failure can be exchanged through the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us at info@canakit.com to diagnose the issue and our technician will then email you a unique RMA number along with return address to send the item(s) back to for exchange with a replacement.
