A timer with unlimited applications! It is adjustable from approximately 1 second to 60 minutes. The timer incorporates a relay that can handle loads of up to 10A / 110V AC or 24V DC (5A / 220V AC) as well as "Start" / "Stop" push buttons. The circuit also offers a restart feature so that the timer can be restarted at any time while it is active by simply pressing the "Start" button.The time adjustment is easily set through a PC board mounted variable resistor in conjunction with a "Second" / "Minute" mode switch. The mode switch allows you to adjust the timer in the seconds mode from about 1 second to 60 seconds, and then change the mode to give you a timing of 64 times the measured time in the seconds mode. For example, if you adjust the timer for 30 seconds in the "Second" mode, when you set the mode to the "Minute" mode the timer will operate for 32 minutes (30 x 64 = 1,800 seconds).
